Agreement
By creating an account, starting a trial, or using GoVerge you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use GoVerge for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
GoVerge is a software suite for estimates, finance, projects, jobs, inventory, team chat, and related field capture. Features depend on your plan. AI features draft suggestions; a human in your workspace must confirm before records are created or changed. We may update the product, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials, teammate invites, and content uploaded to your workspace. Do not misuse the service, probe it without permission, infringe others’ rights, or use it for unlawful work. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or risk to the platform.
Customer data
Your organisation owns the business records it enters. You grant us a limited licence to host, back up, and process that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of estimates, quotes, invoices, and site records you issue to clients.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in a written order. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Card and other payment methods are processed by third-party providers. Taxes may apply. We do not provide professional estimating, legal, or accounting advice.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoVerge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss, and our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and contact
