Request to delete your GoVerge Field account

How to send a request

1. Email support@goverge.app from the address you use to sign in to GoVerge Field.
2. Use the subject line GoVerge Field account deletion request.
3. Include your full name, the sign-in email, and the organisation (company) name if you know it.
4. We read the request and reply. There is no fee, and you do not need to give a reason. Nothing is removed when you send the email.

There is no in-app or self-serve delete. If you cannot use that email address, write from another one and tell us enough to identify the account. To ask that some personal data be removed while you keep the account, use request data deletion instead.

If a request is later approved

GoVerge Field is a work app. Job records belong to the organisation that invited you. Even if an account request is approved later, we do not wipe organisation work from this process.

Personal account fields that a later review may cover:

• Name, email, password hash, and profile photo on the user record.
• Sign-in sessions and device tokens for that person.
• Organisation membership and Field-app access for that person.
• Personal settings stored against the account.

What stays with the organisation and is not deleted by this request:

• Work product on the job: photos, video, notes, signatures, timesheets, check-ins, and chat in job or team rooms.
• Workspace records the organisation owns: projects, estimates, quotes, invoices, inventory, and related files.
• Billing and tax records we are required to keep, for up to six years where UK law requires it.

Retention

Until a request is reviewed, nothing changes. If a request is later approved, encrypted backups may still hold a copy of personal account fields for up to 90 days. Organisation work product and legally required records remain while that workspace is active, or for the legal period above.
