Who we are
GoVerge (“GoVerge”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted operations suite for estimating, finance, field work, and procurement. We are based at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. Contact operations@goverge.app or support@goverge.app.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use GoVerge, we may process:
- Account details: name, email, password hash, organisation, role, and billing contact.
- Workspace content you enter: projects, estimates, quotes, invoices, inventory, jobs, messages, documents, and related records.
- Field app data: job status, photos, video, signatures, and optional GPS check-in when a worker uses those features.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, app version, and basic diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable.
- Payment metadata from our processors (for example Stripe or Paystack) when you subscribe or a customer pays an invoice. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use data
We use personal data to provide and improve the workspace, authenticate users, send transactional email (invites, invoices, receipts), process subscriptions, give grounded AI drafts that a human must confirm, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who host, email, store files, or process payments on our behalf, and only as needed to run GoVerge. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users. Customer workspace data stays under that organisation’s control; teammates see what their role allows.
Retention and rights
We keep account and workspace data while the organisation is active and for a limited period after closure as needed for backups, billing, or legal claims. If you are in the UK or EEA you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may complain to the ICO. Email support@goverge.app to make a request. For GoVerge Field, you can request account deletion or request data deletion without using a self-serve wipe. Those pages send a request only.
Cookies
The marketing site and workspace use essential cookies for sign-in, security, and preferences (such as theme). Analytics, if enabled, help us understand how the public site is used. You can control cookies in your browser.
International transfers
We may process data in the UK, EEA, or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
